Online Appointments:
After you have booked your appointment, we will communicate via email. This is done to set up the ONLINE Platform.
Clients, please confirm your appointment ONLINE LIVE platform when you book your appointment (Skype, Zoom, Facebook Messenger). You must message me on the Platform the day or day after you book the appointment. This is done to ensure we have previous contact on that Platform before the appointment date. Doing this on the day of your appointment cuts into my time and your session time.

No last minute Platform changes before your scheduled appointment. No refunds after appointment.
